Hotel Competition 101 – Know Your Guest, Know Success

Every business is focused on customers whether it’s bars, retail stores or hotels and each approaches customer service differently, depending upon what they offer. In the hospitality industry, lodges that know their clientele offer amenities that will be both functional and attractive, in addition to outstanding guest services.
